ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

Courses: Enrollment in any course requires full payment of the specified fees in advance before the commencement of classes. Fees are non-refundable once the course has started. Refunds for cancellations before the course starts will be subject to an administrative fee.
Coaching Classes: For offline or online coaching classes, payments are to be made monthly but in advance. Fees for the upcoming month must be paid by the end of the current month. Payment methods include online transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method as specified on our website.

COURSE CONTENT AND SCHEDULE

– Course content, schedules, and instructors are subject to change at the discretion of At The Rate English Tutorial.
– Any changes in schedule or content will be communicated to students via email or the contact information provided at the time of enrollment.

STUDENT CONDUCT

– Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times during classes and interactions with instructors and fellow students.
– Disruptive behavior or violation of any tutorial rules may result in expulsion from the classes/courses without a refund.

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

– Regular attendance is mandatory. Students are expected to be punctual for all classes.
– In case of unavoidable absences, students must inform the instructor in advance.

USE OF MATERIALS

– All course materials provided by @English Tutorial are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
– Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

ONLINE CLASSES

– For online classes, students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and necessary equipment to participate in the sessions.
– @English Tutorial is not responsible for any technical issues faced by the student.

Privacy Policy

– Personal information collected during enrollment will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes.
– @English Tutorial will not share personal information with third parties without the student’s consent, except as required by law. Intellectual Property
– All content, logos, and materials provided by @English Tutorial are protected by intellectual property laws.
– Students must not use the intellectual property for any commercial purposes without written permission. Limitation of Liability
– @English Tutorial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
– The maximum liability of @English Tutorial in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the student for the course.
